7 Years Later, Sailors Exposed to Fukushima Radiation Seek Their Day in Court

NEW YORK CITY (March 9, 2018) As a result of radiation exposure due to a massive earthquake and tsunami that struck northern Japan in 2011, U.S. military personnel are sick and dying, and want the nuclear plant’s designers and owners to take responsibility. Edwards Kirby attorneys John Edwards and Charles Bonner seek to bring to light the stories of these sailors whose illnesses have been correlated with the radiation exposure.
