Edwards Kirby Attorneys Support 2019 HIE Awareness Month

The month of April has been designated HIE Awareness Month – a month-long observance that sees and outpouring of support for children and families living with Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy, a type of neurological brain damage in infants which can occur during childbirth.

For HIE Awareness Month 2019, Hope for HIE ‘s theme, “Hope Never Ends,” provides an opportunity to let families worldwide know that support, research, and advocacy efforts surrounding HIE are only growing.

Because the campaign is all about spreading awareness, Hope for HIE encourages anyone who would like to get involved to:
