Associate Attorney

Bio

Tilson is a dedicated advocate for individuals and families affected by negligence. She represents clients in personal injury and medical malpractice cases, bringing compassion, clarity, and a steadfast commitment to justice. Known for her thoughtful communication and attention to detail, Tilson strives to guide clients through difficult circumstances with empathy and care.

During law school, Tilson remained deeply engaged in public service. She worked on wrongful conviction cases with the Innocence Project, participated in restorative justice circles with federal inmates to promote accountability and community healing, and served as a teaching assistant for a course in Special Education Law. Tilson also gained valuable legal experience through internships with the North Carolina Court of Appeals and several personal injury firms, including Edwards Kirby. Tilson worked at Edwards Kirby during her final year of law school before joining the firm as an associate.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, their dog, and two cats.
